
Our restorative yoga class is a slow flow class. There are many benefits to this type of yoga including reduction of stress levels, improved flexibility, it’s good for your mental health and can help reduce aches and pains. No experience of yoga is needed for you to be able to take part in this activity.
If you’re struggling in any way and would to give our class a try please email info@yogaontheedge.co.uk to book your free place in advance. The class takes place every Thursday at 12.00pm and lasts for an hour. Our experienced yogi Clare Broomhead and her team will guide you through the session which is held at Clare’s studio Yoga on the Edge in Alderley Edge.
