The Hannah Whitley Foundation is here to provide our community with a place in which we can practice yoga to help our mental and physical wellbeing.
We have been thrown a curve ball like no other. Covid 19 is a new virus of which we know little, save for the fact that it is spreading and quickly and we must do all we can to keep ourselves and our communities safe in a responsible manner.
With this is mind if we are to put the health of our community first, we have taken the decision that we cannot continue with our weekly classes as we know them.
I truly care about each and every one of you and wish you all to stay safe and for this reason until further notice we are cancelling our weekly yoga classes.
We must, however, rise to the occasion and keep each other both physically and mentally well at this difficult time.
Please therefore keep in touch with us and we will keep in touch with you. We are still very much here for each other.
We are hoping to put forward a small set of videos – we are a foundation and therefore please bear with us if they are not as professional as we would like – but they will be made with love and thought to help us all develop practices at home and who knows, perhaps we can all do these on a Sunday night and enjoy our restorative practices together, but in a different way and then feedback with piccies we can post to cheer us up. I feel a competition on its way.
