What a fantastic week we’ve had! This is a post to recognise those people who have donated both time and money and also to remind you of our next class on Sunday.
Firstly we’d like to thank Cocktails N Canvas for hosting an evening of painting and drinks at Yoga on the Edge with all proceeds going to the Foundation. We can’t tell you how grateful we are both to those who organised it and to those who attended.
We’ve had a very generous donation from Matthew Unsworth of ABI Case Management. We can’t thank you enough and your donation helps us to continue to run our classes for free for those in need.
Finally a massive shout out to Clare Broomhead and all the staff at Yoga on the Edge. We held our first restorative yoga class at their premises on Sunday and it was a resounding success.

At the heart of the charity our mission is to help improve the health of those suffering mental and emotional distress by offering them the chance to practice yoga for free as a new coping mechanism that may help them through their loss, grief or other sufferings.
