You might be thinking of joining us for our restorative slow flow yoga class but are not really sure what it entails. Below is an idea of what to expect.
This gentle practice creates and holds the space for you to breathe deeply and relax. The meditative element of the class invites you to a place of self acceptance, working with your breath to increase flexibility and slow down mentally. You will experience deep muscular release. Many people find the space to heal in these sessions, both physically and mentally.
Our classes are free for those in need, whether you are grieving or stressed and take place each Thursday at 12.00pm, lasting for an hour. Our yogi Clare Broomhead leads the sessions at her studios Yoga on the Edge in Alderley Edge. To book your free place in advance please email info@yogaontheedge.co.uk
