Yoga for wellbeing

Yoga is a form of self care.  As well as helping to keep us flexible it’s also good for our mental health, helping us to relax and forget about every day stresses.

Our Wednesday classes at Maggies at The Christie are suitable for those on a cancer journey, whether going through treatment or in recovery.  The classes help you to maintain movement and provide mental healing.

Our slow flow restorative yoga class takes place at our yogi Clare Broomhead’s studios Yoga on the Edge in Alderley Edge.  The class starts at 12.00pm and is always free to those in need.  If you would like to book your free place at this session or you are interested in our Wednesday classes please email info@yogaontheedge.co.uk
