This really is your final few days to order one of our wonderful hoodies to celebrate Han’s life and help us to continue funding our classes. You have until this coming Saturday,, 31st August, to place and pay for your order and we’ll distribute them to you in September. Instructions on how to order and pay are in the pictures below. 

This week’s slow flow restorative yoga session takes place on Thursday at 12.00pm at Yoga on the Edge in Alderley Edge. Lasting for an hour it is free to attend but please email our yogi Clare Broomhead at info@yogaontheedge.co.uk to book your free place in advance.  If you or anyone you know would like to come to our Wednesday sessions at Maggie’s at The Christie then please email Claire on the above email for further details.
