This week we held our final Tuesday night yoga session of 2019 with John Brown. It was pretty magical. The room was full of wonderful yogis and John led a meditative practice with lots of breathwork. Then our amazing supporter (and Han’s bestie) Hayley Broderick came along to drop off her donation of £620 which she raised taking part in Go Sober for October! Amazing work Hay, thank you!
