A very big hello and welcome back after Covid and our Zoom lessons.
We are so excited as out of the blue we have both a new home and a new opening for our restorative yoga class which finally can finally take place in a real life and a beautiful, warm, yoga studio.
To be honest just when I was losing the will I was introduced to Clare Broomhead from Yoga on the Edge and she has taken our foundation under her wing and given us the chance to fly.
Clare has generously offered her beautiful studio as our home and also offered her time as an amazing yoga teacher to the Hannah Whitley Foundation for free. This is an amazing act of generosity in time and energy and we can’t thank her enough.
From Sunday 3rd October our free restorative yoga classes will take place on a weekly basis at Clare’s studio, Yoga on the Edge in Alderley Edge. The new time will be 12.30pm and you can find all the booking details on the website as well as some information about Clare and her yogi teacher Trisha who has also offered to help.
I would like to give thanks to Deirdre and Danielle at Dance at the Smithy for allowing us to use their space for a number of years and also to Jane Butterworth and Jo Bentley who valiantly kept us going with their Zoom yoga classes during lockdown.
I’m now so excited for this new chapter of the Hannah Whitley Foundation and hope that you will continue to support us on our journey.
All my love
