On 1st February we will be launching our free Zoom six week introduction to yoga and mindfulness course,
The classes will combine restorative yoga with mindfulness elements to offer a session which stretches the body, calms the mind and leaves us feeling refreshed.
The course will help beginners start and introduce more experienced practitioners to poses and exercises carefully chosen to also enhance our ability to deal with stress, anxiety and even depression.
