This week’s restorative yoga class will take place at 12.30 on Sunday. It lasts for one hour and is suitable for all adults, even if you’ve not been to a yoga class before. Our classes are for those who are in need of some respite from day to day life whether you are grieving or stressed and concentrate on breathwork and calming techniques.
The Hannah Whitley Foundation was set up in memory of Han who tragically lost her life whilst on a dream trip travelling the world in 2017. As a way of coping her mum Nicola Simmons turned to yoga and with support from friends and family the Foundation was set up and gained charitable status in April 2020.
Many people have helped along the way and we are pleased to offer regular classes through our yogi Clare Broomhead at her studios Yoga on the Edge based in Alderley Edge.
Clare also runs a regular class at Maggie’s at The Christie for those who are suffering from cancer. These take place every Wednesday, funded by the Foundation.
If you or anyone you know would benefit from either of these classes the please contact us for further details. If you would like to attend our Sunday class you can book your free place using this link here https://yogaontheedge.co.uk/timetable/
