Mental Health Awareness Week

This week is National Mental Health Week with a focus on anxiety. Our free restorative yoga is perfect to help tackle this issue.

 
Our classes are held on Sundays at Yoga on the Edge and led by our fantastic yogi Clare Broomhead. Taking place at 12.30om the class lasts for an hour and is aimed at those in need. You will learn calming and relaxation techniques and it is suitable for adults of all abilities.
