February is Boost Your Self Esteem Month. It is an annual initiative designed to empower individuals to enhance their self esteem and self worth. When we are going through troubled times our self esteem can take a nosedive.
 
Our slow flow restorative yoga classes can help you rebuild your confidence and help you to rediscover your sense of self.
 
Our weekly classes take place at Clare Broomhead’s studios in Alderley Edge, Yoga on the Edge. Held every Thursday at 12.00pm all you need to do to book your free place is to email info@yogaontheedge.co.uk
