How many times have you wished to be invisible? Today has been Invisible Day, a day about finding inner peace rather than performing a vanishing act. It invites us to step back from the stresses of life and spend some time in contemplation.
Sometimes life can be overwhelming and we just need to take some time out. This is where our Thursday slow flow restorative yoga class can help. It allows you to achieve total relaxation and calms the mind. We offer free places for those in need. Each class takes place at 12.00pm at our yogi Clare Broomhead’s studio in Alderley Edge Yoga on the Edge.
