Rebuild your life month

Did you know that June is Rebuild Your Life month? It’s a time for you to assess your current situation and make positive changes. This might include enhancing your personal happiness or changing unhealthy habits. The idea is to reflect on past life choices and plan steps to a more satisfying life.

We hope that our slow flow restorative yoga class can help with this. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, grief-stricken or stressed then please come and join our yogi Clare Broomhead at her studios in Alderley Edge Yoga on the Edge. The session takes place every Thursday at 12.00pm and lasts for an hour. All you need to do is email info@yogaontheedge,co.uk to book your free place in advance.
