Autumn blues

As the nights draw in the lack of light can cause us to feel depressed. Going for a daytime walk, if the weather permits, can lift your spirits as can keeping active.
Our classes will keep running through the autumn and winter months and we really hope they can boost your mood.
Our restorative yoga classes will always be free to those in need and are held every Sunday, run by our yogi Clare Broomhead. Classes start at 12.30pm and last for an hour. If you’re in need of a chat afterwards we’re always happy to listen. All you need to do is book your free place using this link
