World Mental Health Day

This Thursday, 10th October, is World Mental Health Day. This year’s theme is to prioritise mental health in the workplace but it’s not just whilst we’re in work that we might be struggling.

If you’re experiencing any issues with your mental health then please do come and join us at our Thursday Restorative Yoga class which is a calming session, focusing on breathing techniques and helping to soothe both mind and body. 

One of the benefits of restorative yoga is stress relief, helping you to let go of stress and tension and is particularly useful if you suffer from anxiety. The session uses props such as blocks and bolsters and you do not need to be super flexible to be able to participate in the session as it is a very gentle practice.
Our Thursday class takes place at 12.00pm and is run by our yogi Clare Broomhead and her team at Clare’s studios in Alderley Edge, Yoga on the Edge. All you need to do is book your free place in advance by emailing info@yogaontheedge.co.uk
